Twiddling my thumbs at DHFL Dahisar branch customer service area while the DHFL employees are busy celebrating last day of some employee during working hours and are indifferent to the fact that customers are waiting. Very poor customer empathy.
Employees don’t seem to care that customers are waiting. At the time of disbursement they were extremely proactive, however now they dont seem to care at all.
