They were very quick to collect the documents. I was looking for 20 L home loan on B khata. Never told me all non-sense expenses in it. I gave 5618/- cheque also. Later told me that I need to pay 12.5% interest rate+ 64K insurance mandatory. What the hell is this insurance, they didn’t told me all these expenses while taking the application.
Initially promised me to give at 11.5% interest rate and later told me to pay 12.5%.
Moreover, the agent is asking me 4% commission for home loan processing in DHFL. Agent was telling me that If I don’t pay commission they will reject my application. Since he has to pay for adjustment in DHFL.
All the DHFL guys involved in this cheating process to trap people like me.
