Hello Everyone, I am sharing my personal experience which I have faced with DHFL.
In March, 2018 I had Taken 700000 rupees Loan for Land Purchasing from DHFL vibhuti khand Gomtinagar Branch Lucknow. My Loan Had been sanctioned within 1 month.
After sanctioning my Loan E.C.S( Electronic clearing Service) is not Activated till now and 8 month have been passed.
They have taken 10 PDC Cheque for Installment. and Three times I had provided them ECS form to activate my ECS, but company taking lot’s of time to activate My ECS.
DHFL has very very poor customer care service I have Personally faced. There are lot’s of time I had called to customer care and also called in Branch office, but they did not response.
Only one thing I have to clearly mention That was My Compulsion that’s why I had taken loan from DHFL, otherwise I Would’nt.
If you are not able to provide better customer care service, so who will take loan from these types of financial company.
I do not recommend.
