Hi guys, I am going to share my worst experience with Dewan Housing Finance Corporation for home loan. They advertise in news papers, internet, TV Channels that they provide very low rate of interest and simple process of home loan but all their commitment are fake. Once, I decided to get home loan for renovation of my home on property documents with DHFL Bank at green park new delhi. My home property document was mortgage and their technical team were verified the document, after verified the documents they said you have to pay first loan processing fees after this our technical team will visit at your home and mortgage your home in market value and have to complete documents formalities after this home loan will be issued. Guys, I did not suit their home loan procedure and attitude, anyway their rate of interest and EMI is so high than other home loan provider. I got away for home loan decision with DHFL Bank.
