Because of their false commitments, I went ahead and invested huge money as advance and when I came to them for loan cheque, they offered my just half of the amount what they had promised to me. I was under deep stress and had to look for personal loan @ 50% interest rate to save my advance money given to seller. They simply lay trap fool innocent customers.
