I availed a loan to purchase a plot from Birla home finance, later it becomes First Blue home finance. They don’t any business ethics, courtesy and respect for customers. Staff there in First Blue home finance behaved with very rudely, charges are very high. Even the entire nation got benefited with RBI rules, those RBI rules won’t be applicable to First blue customers.
Its my humble request to you all is not to go there.
