Never join Dexcel electronics. Before joining please check many times. You will be in trouble after joining.
They don’t pay much. They may be, initially pay high but later on they torture like any thing. At the time of leaving also, they will not pay entire salary amount, even if you serve notice period fully.
they make lots of excuses.
There is no proper work culture. They always place employees at client side within the city where there is small project or work specially on scripting. They always cheat employees. They don’t give any benefit and facility also.
