My elder brother used Dhan.co and had a sad experience. He found that it as an unreliable one. Two months before, he faced an order execution issue on a repetitive basis. He found basic simple major issues with infrastructure. Due to order execution issue, my elder brother’s profitable trade resulted in losses of Rs.37, 000/-.On sharing with their support, they rejected the claim and said, "Yours is an opportunity loss." Dhan.co don’t accept that they have app issues. It would be better if we go to a full service broker and pay annual fees for our peace of mind.
