The worst shopping app I’ve ever used, to date. Trap buyers with low-cost items, delay products, cancel on their own, send out less items, and refuse to reimburse money. They have failed to supply the missing products or refund my money after I received a delivery with certain items missing. the worst part of dhani is that they simply raise a grievance ticket but nothing happens to that, they do not have any proper customer service team for resolution. I would never recommend anyone to shop from Dhani due to this horrific experience.
