I have booked a ticket from Hyd-Blr on 24th Nov’14, It is like a Hyd Darshan as the bus went to all parts of the city and used to stop Min 15 mins at each point. so finally reached Samshabad at 10.45PM, still there are 7 more seats vacant so he stopped there for more than twenty mins to fill the vacant seats(so traveled 3 hours 15mins within the city).
Now I will explain their service point by point. 1.TV- Not working at all, attendant tried for 30 mins and he is not able to fix it. 2.AC-They just switch on the blower not the AC(outside whether is far better than that is inside the bus) 3.The bus has only one driver so he had to drive more than 12 hours(7PM in the night till 8.30AM the next day) 4. Leg space: very bad as they accommodated extra seat in the rear end to increase the seating.
Conclusion: Keeping the point no.3 on mind it is not at all safe to travel on this bus, so please be careful before booking the ticket because of price is less on "New Dhanunjaya Tours and Travels" Pillodu.
