UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSAFE, AND HIGHLY UNRELIABLE!
I booked a bus ticket for my sister from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 31st Jan 2025 through MakeMyTrip, and this was by far the WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER! If you value PUNCTUALITY, HYGIENE, WOMEN’S SAFETY, AND PROFESSIONALISM, DO NOT BOOK WITH DHANUNJAYA TRAVELS!
UNACCEPTABLE DELAYS & UNPROFESSIONALISM:
The bus operator rescheduled the journey time last minute and delayed the pickup by TWO HOURS.
After picking up my sister at 7:50 PM, the bus aimlessly roamed around Bangalore city UNTIL 11:00 PM picking up more passengers instead of heading towards Hyderabad.
The bus kept stopping at random places to collect more passengers, most of whom clearly didn’t book online, further delaying the journey.
ZERO COURTESY FOR PASSENGERS & NO BASIC AMENITIES:
The bus DID NOT STOP FOR A WASHROOM BREAK until other lady passengers protested.
When it finally stopped, it was at a DISGUSTING, UNHYGIENIC PUBLIC TOILET, completely unsuitable for women travelers. They could have chosen a decent stop but didn’t care!
There was NO DINNER BREAK despite the long delays—passengers were just left stranded without food for hours!
TERRIBLE END TO THE JOURNEY – PASSENGERS STRANDED IN OUTSKIRTS:
Instead of dropping passengers within Hyderabad city limits as per the booking, the bus dumped everyone at Shamshabad, a WHOPPING 32 KM AWAY from the scheduled destination (Kondapur in my sister’s case).
She was forced to spend additional 700 rs for getting cab to her home which was completely unnecessary and unsafe as she was dropped at an unknown location.
The total journey was delayed by MORE THAN 5 HOURS!
THIS OPERATOR SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED!
DHANUNJAYA TRAVELS HAS NO RESPECT FOR TIME, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR WOMEN’S SAFETY. Their lack of professionalism, hygiene issues, unsafe travel practices, and total disregard for passengers’ convenience make them an UNSUITABLE and UNTRUSTWORTHY operator.
This SCAM OPERATOR MUST BE DELISTED from all booking platforms like MakeMyTrip, RedBus, and AbhiBus. DO NOT TRUST THEIR TIMINGS OR SERVICE – BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!
