Writing this experience coz someone close to me faced a bad experience from Dhanunjaya tours and travels, Hyderabad. Honestly save your money and time by not wasting it on this travel company, such a stress to everyone .
Had booked the bus services, expecting it will be a happy journey together - but no, it was horrible . the bus was more than a hour late, our seats were conformed but the asked them very rudely to share with other passengers, staff so rude really gave unclear and rude answers, upper births were not neat have dust on them, when they asked for some more water bottles they refused to give rudely how can I forget, sometimes they would skip a break spot but still we were around 3 hours late than estimated time.
So overall they arrived at destination in one piece was a big deal, coz from out the bus okay but from inside it was horrible with strangers in our seats and all the stressful responses.
Hopefully the bus didn’t break down.
Don’t go for Dhanunjaya Tours and Travels, Hyderabad and will never recommend.
