Hi I am a physically challenged person and my mom is senior citizen and ortho patient. when I requested temple staff they had responded very rudely that temple doesn’t permit any special entrances like that. they didn’t even had that humanity to allow even we both are eligible to take darshan in special Q line. temple security at main gate are very much habituated to allow normal people by taking 500 notes from them secretly. they have an super boss with white n white who sits in office located at main gate with whom we should literally go and beg for to allow in special Q but he didn’t allow us despite of physically challenged with senior citizen mom, we returned back from Darmasthala without darshan, I felt Tirumala system was much better organized in treating people with special categories . STAFF is VERY MUCH RUDE AND CORRUPTED.
