Deduction of processing fee and rejecting my loan

Please ever DO NOT go for DHFL company for house LOAN. They will simply waste your time. Without even processing the loan for me, they deducted the processing fees of approximately Rs.5500 from my bank.

When asked about the amount, they do not respond properly. They will just earn money by fooling customers that the loan will be processed.
