It was such a horrible experience. Finally I am in the process of moving the loan some other bank. People at DHFL are good for nothing and they don’t even know how to talk to the customer.
Out of frustration I wrote to the MD and then things move a bit for me.
Anyway let me tell them a final goodbye.
