I would like to share my very bad and pathetic experience with DHFL. For home loan their slogan is "Aim for your dream home. We are there to help you." Don’t trust on this because they are really cheaters. I have applied for Home loan with this cheaters DHFL, my application number is BRSC381434 which was not successful. I have given cheque of Rs 5618/- in the month of Nov 12, which was cleared immediately after application is rejected also its not yet return by them till date.
If you noticed the application rejection date and today’s date, its more than 2 months, normally you get cheque reversal between 15 days if your application rejected but this peoples are king of RBI they need extra time >:( . The worst thing is their executive, my God they are not bothering about customer they want only sales let the customer suffer everything.
The sales executive is not willing to pick my call and respond on this. We earn money by doing hard work but they want to earn it simply by doing this kind of fraud things. I am not bothering about my money I can earn that but what is the use of this type of fraud companies and this cheat peoples, their pre-customer service is pathetic, I doubt what they do with their customer!
