I bought a VW Polo from Dhingra Automobiles, Gurgaon in May 2014. Though my love and respect for the brand VW is still so high, but the after sales from the dealer - Dhingra Automobiles is pathetic! I have been following up for my high security number plate till date and there is no’real’ answer. Every time and everyone in the showroom that I have spoken to seems to pass the buck and the promise to’call back’ never happens.
Its so ironical that you get high security number plates within 2-3 weeks from all the automobile companies and here is the dealer who is not bothered about the Customer Service and the damage that they are creating for a such a great brand like VW!
I hope VW India takes serious note of such bad service to customer.
