Stupidity at its best

I got very annoyed and confused after watching this commercial. The way DHL employees treat customer’s belongings as their bats and balls to play cricket, makes me wonder did the people who signed this ad lost their ability to think, what kind of message they want to convey and what kind of brand image they want to create.


It looks like they didn’t get any better idea to cash on Indian Cricket Fever, this MNC some how wants make it self popular in India and chose cricket to spread their brand name. Any Indian can understand why they chose cricket. Well this ad will certainly help spread their brand name, but for infamous reasons. This is a good example negative campaigning, I wonder if its going to add to their customer list.


I pity for those people who couldn’t make any thing better than this, if they wanted on cash on Indian Cricket Fever, they could have shown DHL employees delivering Cricket equipment to the match and to the people with care and speed. Zaheer delivering the ball and DHL delivering goods. Fast and Accurate.


Apart from these negative remarks I appreciate background music, its really appealing.


May god bless the top brass of DHL which signed this commercial and DHL.
