I am a online seller/retailer, I have many transactions internationally, I keep on importing goods from outside India. I have imported many virtual reality 3D Headsets and asked the supplier to ship it with Fedex as previously I didn’t knew well about DHL. As the supplier shipped the goods on Saturday I have received them on Tuesday. Excellent service by FEDEX. Later on I also imported wireless earphones and I thought of giving a try to DHL service. Then I asked the seller to ship with DHL. This parcel was also shipped on the Saturday. But I have received it after 8 days. A very long wait. This was a poor experience with the DHL service.
I would prefer FEDEX which deliver my products in 2-3 days rather than DHL which is more expensive than FEDEX and waiting for too long.
