Worst service and I don’t recommend anyone to try to send parcels through this service coz I sent a 1kg parcel from italy to india paying 69 euro but unfortunatly receiver hasn’t receeved the parcel yet and DHL office of india keeps complaining, asking different codes. Among other things, to send a small package requires 60% of charge from the recipient.
