DHL pick up fellows have become exceedingly indisciplined. They’re not picking up shipments intentionally & are very rude in their conduct. I booked a pick up on Sat & then same today & have rescheduled the same for tomorrow. It seems like we’re serving DHL Instead of them serving us. It has come to a stage wherein we may have to to pamper & beg pick up guys for pick up consignments. No on is able to take any action or even give them a warning to mend their ways. No wonder their quality of service is bound to degrade in time to come. Very disappointed
