Amazingly complicated procedure to RECEIVE(not ship) a package. DHL made me jump through hoops - uploading my passport and PAN card not once, not twice but THREE times. Still not satisfied, they now want my company ID. The best part was the call center agent who inquired whether I was the proprietor of my company(a 50000+ plus global aerospace giant and she didnt seem to have heard of it). Apparently there are several other companies that go by the same name! Outrageous. These people should look for careers in the comedy industry - they are obviously over-qualified for mere customer service jobs.
Bottom line - I will seriously think twice about selecting DHL as a shipping option when I next order something. Needless to say I will never use them to ship anything.
