DHL is a very big company across world. but in india it is very bad when someone orders something from foreign.its my personal experience from DHL. I ordered one thing from ebay and it was from philipines. it was coming through DHL service. the next day it comes to india and I gave the authority to take courier home to dhl and its was struck in custom for more than 1 month! what a poor service of dhl in india.i call the customer service 100 times but the same answer that they are trying.they asked me for KYC, I GIVE IT .but after 8-9 days they asked me for original documents.i also courier it .and lastly they gave me a mail of another person of gurgoan and asked for fill KYC of wrong person. isn’t it a big company sign? this company is not trustworthy and corrupt only in india.its customer service and staff courtesy is bad. I request to dhl to solve it.
