My AIRWAY BILL: 1772172076 took 20 days to clear up customs, there was no effort from DHL’s end to contact or urge the process. After which I got tax filed on wrong value, where value of good is$99, but they have made tax even on that shipment and this is worst, they taxed for 125$ . It came for almost 90% of value.
I got the Amazon fire TV shipped up from US on day 1, I would have been the last to open the package among all who purchased on day 1. This too I did it with express shipping.
DHL won’t care about customers anyway. I prefer to start avoiding it and I don’t know why don’t they maintain their brand name in our country.
