DHL is just the name. If you are looking for any consignment to be sent across the border then please look for some other small players. These Guys quite unquote told me on the Customer Care that "They dont track the consignment status " every time you need to call them and get to the Custom Clearance/ MAF Clearance done.
My experience is that I sent my consignment on 18th Sept from India to Wellington New Zealand. DHL didn’t care to give me a call back or email me that my consignment is such for Custom Clarence. When I called up Customer Care they told me that they dont update the same to individual customers. Its really surprising. The worls is full of Courier Services and we should look for really small plays to get the job done rather than these fictitious and named Courier Companies like DHL.
One thing I can suggest is that TNT is definitely better that DHL.
