Have placed an order with Dhobilite for laundry services. They’ve damaged my heavy lehanga due to ironing and ruined my other clothes due to dry cleaning. I’ve recharged Dhobilite wallet with some extra amount, so that I can avail the services after this order as well. But now I am not willing to take services from them anymore. Asked to refund my amount but I’ve received call from their customer care to remove bad ratings then only they’ll refund the amount.
