Great job by priyadarshan and kunal khemu

The  director of dhol has put in a lot of hard work into the project and it has definitely performed well at the box office. It is sad to hear that it is going to be the last comedy flick by priyadarshan.Hope he decides to continue making comedy films in future. kunal khemu is a great actor and my personal favourite. Tusshar kapoor and rajpal yadav are also good at comedy. the only weak point of this film is tanushree dutta. she is not at all a favorite with the masses and not a good actor. somebody else could do better as the female lead. probably preity zinta or rimi sen. anyways, the movie is excellent and definitely something to watch out for. the title song"dhol bajake" is great. .

The story begins with four friends( kunal, sharman, rajpal and tusshar) leading a life in which there was no job or moolah. one day they meet a friend who tells them that he has earned millions simply by marrying a rich girl...... BINGO.... they all think that what an easy way to become rich. they plan to make a rich girl next door( tanushree) fall in love with one of them so that they can pay off their debts and become rich. however the girl happens to be a gangster’s sister(arbaaz khan) who was killed by his mentor as he had stolen a great deal of money and hidden it in a DHOL. the four guys eventually fall a prey to this gangster when trying to woo tanushree. but in the end, these four guys manage to save the girl and also get all the cash, but all this in a roller coaster ride of comedy.

However, they all fail to win the girl’s heart.pretty unnatural..On the whole, dhol has stood upto the audiences’ expectations and is one of the finest comedies by priyadarshan..good job man....
