We had gone to Dhola RI Dhani as a group outing, though I did not like the resort that much I was very happy with the food they served in their Rajasthani theme Restaurant, we were seated in the floor( traditional way), the ring staff there was very hospitable, they served all the items one by one rather than serving them one by one, the food mostly Rajasthani, the food was very good.
It was hot( temperature) & mildly spiced and well cooked(i could not find a single fault) I liked and enjoyed all of it, my favorite dish was Dal bhati which I have always liked, the staff there was so hospitable that they forced us to take more and more of everything they served this was quite surprising to me as even at the best restaurants I have been to, the staff there at buffet would stand aside, stare at people taking refills and they don’t care to see if the food is hot.
But the staff at this restaurant was completely opposite, had it been a restaurant within the city I would surely be a regular visitor. Just loved the experience.
