I ordered a "Pine Christmas Tree With Lights & Ornaments - Easy To Assemble(7 Feet)" for Rs.4, 999. When the product arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on their website. It seemed more like the product listed for Rs.2, 999 on their site.
I returned the product. But they have not refunded the amount. It has been a month.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. No one answers the phone, email or chat. I hope I have not lost my money.
NEVER buy anything from this website. They should not be allowed to operate as they are out to defraud their customers.
