My family had a very sad incident with a Dhone Ford rep.
My father got his Ford Ecosport repaired and because he’s a senior citizen over 70 he opted for delivery of the car.
Their delivery attendant came to our home and then demanded that my father drop him by car to a location outside of the residential society.
My father expressed his inability and immediately the attendant’s attitude became very hostile.
He forced my father to get down from the car by telling him that he needs to take photographs.
Then he kept talking on the phone for over 20 minutes and when my father tried to remind him to take photos faster because he can’t stand for a long time, that guy started yelling at my father.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If the company requires car owners to drop their reps to some place, they should inform this so that we can opt out of this service.
Why be rude to a sr. citizen? What kind of person has no regard or courtesy at all? Just because a person is old they think they can bully them?
At 70 my dad is nearly always tired and feeling uncomfortable.
Driving someone out of the society is the goodwill of the person. How is it a demand? Specially when you can see that the person is a very Sr Citizen.
Shame on Dhone Ford for employing thugs.
