I am an employed mumbaikar, working with an reputed company based in mumbai & wana share with you something about my ex-employer named "DHRUV CONSULTANTS PVT ltd".
The reason of this blog is nothing else but ensuring that the job seekers in Mumbai are aware about all the ins & outs of this company.If we see this company from the top, we may this company as the most friendly, employee oriented & focused/goal oriented but guys the fact is that this company is totally opposite of it.
I worked with this company for couple of months but less than a year because its very difficult to survive with this no so innovative, open minded & abusive kind of owners & if you are a goal oriented person then sticking to this company for 3 to 6 months is enough. Its just 3 employees who are still working with this firm from lat 1.5 yr & on asking the reason they say that "the market doesn’t have much opportunities in HR", "we are getting less pay for HR profiles than what we are currently earning", "we are use to it now", etc.
Well this is a placement agency who provides RPO services to its clients in India & Africa. Nothing wrong! but the process it follows internally is completely ill managed. The approach of the owners is not professional at all. They do not incentives. Forget incentives, they do not even pay salary on time. As per the offer letter its quarterly incentives but after accepting the offer, they verbally changed it to 6 months & till date no body received it. Even those 3 old employees havent recieved their incentives from past 1 year & to which they react like "atleast we are getting paid thats more important". After hearing this, I got to know why they are stuck with this company because they themselves do not have a willingness to take risk, work hard". they are happy being frog in a well.
Well lets come back to the company description. So, its a flat structured company sharing the work space of its mother concern company called "Nimble systems pvt ltd" which is owned by the husband of Dhruv consultants owner. So its all mother-sister-wife-brother concern. :P
Dhruv Consultats is directed by 2 directors cum business developers & these two people are looked after by the owner of Nimble systems. In short, 3 owners & 3 different approaches to handling company, work, situation, people, etc which always creates a disturbing atmosphere in the company because they usually quarrel on fixing one SOP but that fixed SOP lasts for a week or two.
One of the dhruv owner is very bad mouthed & bad tempered person. Absolute unprofessional & humiliating. Doesn’t respect to what her employees saying, doing, wanting, expecting. What matters is business, which is fine but getting business at the cost of the employees morale, health is something I believe is unprofessional, un-human & unhealthy. And thats why no body stays with this company for more than 6 months.
If you, the reader, have got an offer & thinking of joining then I would suggest you to look for better opportunities & if you do not have any then work here for sometime & be work & career oriented.
