This is in regards to my Honda Activa service bill. When I went to leave my vehicle for paid service the executive who attended advised me to choose Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC). He told he would charge Rs.800 at once so that I need not pay any labour or service charges. I opted for that. Later he generates a bill of Rs.972 just for a general service without replacement of any spare parts. The bill includes labour charge of Rs.420. When I question they give multiple reasons which are unacceptable. He says that there are two types of service charges and he has waved of one of the charges.
Dhruvdesh Motors Pvt.Ltd., are cheating customers in the name of AMC. its of no use. Horrible is not a word to describe their customer service. Instead of convincing the customer they raise their voice so that the customer himself has to feel guilty. Even if you try to talk to the manager nothing worked. We ended up paying the whole amount. Since our vehicle was in their custody we had no other option.
When they are not fit for providing proper customer service why do they keep calling us and pestering to leave vehicle for service. This is not the first time its happening with me like this. Every time they give false assurance that they will bill appropriately. I feel never in their history they have satisfied customers with good service.It was not only with us even the others were facing the same issue.
