First - from all the reviews that at are all very recent and from my personal experience - it appears to be a big and fancy dream gone wrong.
Second - the founder Siddharth Shah appears to be riding on the laurels of his doctor parents and in the process has also put the IIM Ahmedabad to shame by floating and running such a company as its CEO.
Third - there are lot of core members dedicated to different activities of the company, but probably only as a photograph on the website as otherwise the Operations or Logistics Team would not have allowed these sort of review to surface suddenly. Also they appear to be family and friends from the brief check I have done. I hope the interns who are from reputed educational institutes will learn from DialHealthhow not to run before you learn to crawl.
I guess the common complaints is - lousy shipping time and zero response levels when things start to go bad. This finally results in order cancellation probably without refunds) and a disgruntled customer like me who likes to warn others to what to watch out for.
I really would like to know from any Mumbai customer if they have ever tried to visit the DialHealth offices in Ghatkopar to verify if they actual have a physical setup or are avirtual company.
Bottom line - Walk to the closest chemist/general store to get your medicines or other requirements. At least you are certain you will not bescammed.
Their tagline should have been - Your Healthcare, We May Try to Care instead ofYour Healthcare, We take Care!
