With Net telephony being legalised in India, numerous net telephony providers have mushroomed over the past few months. So which one is the best?
Frankly, all the ’Indian’ providers do not give a competitive rate. Oh yes, they are cheaper than ISD but costlier than what Foreign providers have to offer. This could be due to the fact that they are outsourcing technology.
Any ways...I have been using Dialpad for the past 1.5 years and it is by far the best in its class. I have tried quite a few providers from net2phone, iconnecthere etc. but none offer such a good balance of price, quality and support. Even the software automatically updates itself. Nice touch.
Once in a while there is a drop in performance. By this I mean a lag in voice transmission. This is on a DSL.
Yes...there a small catch. You need an international credit card and not everyone has one.
But all in all, this is one top notch product.
