This company is doing no good for its employees. They don’t believe in GIVE and TAKE policy. For them it’s only TAKE and TAKE from employees. They will hire you at low salary and force to work for 1 year(at any location with higher rate) making promises that after 1year you will have [90-10% or 80-20%] percentage basis salary and file for GC etc etc.
Well GC is a dream only. They will keep the documents with themselves and do nothing. Keep calling them, no use. The % salary discussed will never be on paper/email as a proof. After a year you will realize that the HR person who promised all goodies (%sal or GC or bonus or health care benefits etc.) has resigned long back. New HR won’t even bother to have a discussion on issues. Be caution - On percentage gross salary they will have unaccounted deductions which you won’t realize (have your pay check calculations done well in hand).
Please be aware and avoid joining such money makers.
