Awesome! Fantastic! Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Bruce Willis is back!(but I hope he doesnt start a fashion brand).
This seems to be the time of revival. Revival of Terminator, Rush hour, Die hard, old TV serials. Ho well, no complaints.
The best/funniest part of the movie is when Bruce covers the web camera, and the bad guy tells him.
No, I wont spoil it for ya.
I hope that whoever watches this movie takes note of the underlying message. Virtual terrorism. It is real, it is here, it is now. and guess what. it is definitely happening in your neighborhood.
Good casting. Especially Mary Elizabeth Winstead, expertly playing Bruces semi-estranged daughter. Kudos to the father-daughter duo.
The screenplay is action packed, with witty one-liners thrown in as and when possible. I had to wait right till the end to hear him goYippe-kai-ya-m. but im glad they kept it in.
One of the cleverest things of the movie, is how they repeated certain scenes from DH1, 2, 3. Like.
1> Falling down the elevator;
2> The FBI guys(Johnsons, I think. theyre not related, btw.)
That gives a reminder of the old, mixed with the new story. Well done. A few action scenes are a wee bit far-fetched, but its ok, cos we all missed John McLane.
The smartest one(I feel), is when he knocks over a fire hydrant, to blow a sniper out o a helicopter. Good job, John.
Justin Long is sometimes too pansy-ish when trying to act like a computer geek. I didnt like that. We are not pansies, thank you very much.
Maggie Q is sexy as ever(has anyone seen her in Naked Weapon?).
I will not laborate any further. Watch the movie, I shall not spoil the story for ya.
Hats off to the director. This deserves to be a Die Hard movie.
