Firstly I would say congratulations to all the other reviewers to how they have been so lucky with this hell of a online shopping site. I am been doing online shopping from past 8 yrs and none gave me so much much much pain like this one.
After going to many sites, I zeroed on this site to buy Natrol 100 mg 5htp tablets and organic bowel care tablets. I made the payment on 23rd September and thus the journey of a hell began. They didn’t reply of any status till 27th so I had a chat with them.

This company has all its employees well trained only to lie.They didn’t ship it as they replied here. So I called on 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th and all these days different people picked and said sir we are sorry and we will look at the matter and call you in an hour which they never did. At last they sent me tracking no on 9th. On 11th, I opened the pack.OMG I had received only one product Natrol that too 50mg when I called the director she says "Well mistake happens."
I was taken a back because this shock of 50 mg and another shock her attitude!!! Later when after many calls she told they did a mistake in the site and instead of 50 mg they have put 100mg and nothing can be done, still my 2nd order was never dispatched so I called them after a month of order and cancelled my 2nd order....
DEAR FRIENDS PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS SITE .IT IS VERY TRUE TO ITS NAME: DIEtkart....you buy and you might DIE to get your product. Sometimes I feel I should drag them to consumer court not because of the mistake but the sheer attitude they have even when its 100% their fault to show me something and giving something else.
