DietKart.com should change business tagline to "India’s Most Dope Mall". I am an avid online shopper and placed a order for an expensive dietary supplement under a Diwali offer. This was my biggest mistake and I regret the decision.
My order did not progressed for over 10 days. Shipping company said only electronic information received but no item was handed over to them. This clearly shows company is deliberately trying to dupe customers.
Customer Service is only for name sake. They never replied to my numerous emails sent to them. Chat and Phone Representatives had no clue and gave same canned response every time "You will receive it today". Their "today" means "never".
I also posted my dissatisfaction on their Facebook page with hope someone sitting at senior management level would get attention. But to my amaze, they deleted the comment. You will not find a single bad review on FB page which clearly shows shrewd and plotted strategy to attract new buyers.
Anyhow, I am keeping my options open. Have recorded all transcripts and phone conversations and will be filling a charge-back with my credit card company as they have failed to deliver my order.
