I have nothing to say at the moment I am negotiating a settlement, If it can be concluded then I will not write any further. I believe that like any net business we all should be aware of who we are dealing with. I have no doubt that the best way is on the net, but the client and the seller must be satisfied. Price often is the problem, mode of payments is another. After the 7 days I still have not received money back, but I have started legal action with the Italian Embassy and the Indian Customs.Plus an FIR has been prepared for fraud and cheating against Digaaz.
As I suspected, they did not keep their word. I have started legal actions, but I believe the Directors are already out of India, and they just collect money in other countries from the Indian Sales. The Company Digaaz.com is an America based company and the website is also registered in the USA.The Indian court will only have the power to block the entry of the Indian web, and the USA government will need to do the right thing and stop the fraud from their side. I am certain that no one will get back any money from them now, bad luck for whoever has dealt with them, plus many of their faithful employees will be left stranded. In short, stay well away from them and do not believe all that is reported in this site use your common sense, now that you know what is going on with web purchasing.
