I bought products from Digaaz.com worth almost Rs50, 000- these were louis vuitton sunglasses, louis vuitton bag and longines watch, I checked the authenticity of these products and found out it to be fake.
I contacted Digaaz.com first a lady named Monica kept conning me saying that she will resolve my concern, they arranged for the reverse pick-p of the products and didn’t contacted even after 3 weeks of receiving the same. After trying to contact Ms.Monica for 100 times I was able to contact her, she said all our products are authentic because we are saying so and even we can not provide you any proof of it being authentic.
After that. I decided to write a review on Mouth Shut and minutes after writing the review I was contacted by the same lady who told me that the refund is not in her hands and she shall connect me with her senior manager Mr.Vivek.
After negotiating hard with Vivek he accepted that there was a problem with LV products and some watches that is why they have removed them from their website. We agreed upon a 40% store credit and 60% cash refund and they promised me to return the amount in 3 to 4 weeks.
I waited and they never contacted me, so I had to try hard again just to find that vivek will never pick up my phone, somehow after trying for 2 months I was able to speak to vishal who is viveks junior he assured me that my money will be refunded in another 3 to 4 days. nothing happened even after that, then I again contacted them just to get connected with another lady in quality.
She said that she will resolve my issue within 2 hours and again the same thing she went into comma and I didn’t heard from her for another 4 days I again contacted her and she said that she shall resolve my issue in 5 mins after 20-25 mins I received a call from a joker named who called himself antonio and why trying to imitate Canadian accent and told me that he is calling from digaaz canada and said that we can not refund your amount and to save your time the best we can do is to provide you store credit.
I said, but you confirmed me in return that you are going to refund my money and he said we have "CHANGED OUR MIND" and now just going to give me store credit and this is a favor from our side to save your time if you dont want it then you can do whatever you wish for.
When I told him that I will report this to Chandigarh police. He said you Indians are fool and just good for giving threats and can not do anything, I don’t care about this.
You guys tell me, will you buy from these guys ? I am going to make sure that all the people who I have connected with are going to go behind the bars. Now I will show them what an influential Indian can do.
