Defective product

I ordered a Mont Blanc pen and the same was fake and damaged. They promised me a credit back into my account once I return shipment. After 1 month of follow up and no response, I posted a review on mouthshut and suddenly I get a call from digaaz that they are ready to refund my money if I remove the harsh comments from this post.


So after a torturous 1 month of following up with them and false promises, I have got my refund.
