Defective product and zero support from cc team

I would like to write my experience with https://digaaz.com and the pathetic service, which I am being experiencing ever since I have bought a product.


My order id is 100011812.


I purchased this order on 29 Sept and the product got delivered to me on 04th Oct. To my horror, when I opened the product, the bag was completely defective. The leather was swollen and cracked. The base of the bag was almost gone. Attached above is the image of the front of the bag which shows the defective piece of leather.


I send a email to them on 4th Oct itself with a complete image and the piece and mentioned someone to call me the next morning. NO one called on 5th Oct. I again emailed them and I got a reply that someone will call me. Of course no one called me. I called them 3 times on 5th Oct and all the time I was told that the "concerned" dept. will call me back, of course no one called me.


Never the less, on 5th Oct night, despite no call relieved, I again emailed them with a image of a alternate bag which I wanted. I had paid 15, 512 Rs. for the bag and I was getting another bag in the same price range. No call of course on 5th Oct as well.


After much phone calls on 6th Oct and screaming(seems they only work when someone screams) I get a reverse order done. Mind you all this while, I had been calling them and not they. They emailed me on 6th Oct the requirements for the reverse pick up.


When the courier person came on 8th Oct, I had the parcel duly picked but seems Digaaz team forgot to mention that a invoice is also required for the reverse pick. Now they had not send me a invoice so how could I have given it to the courier person. I emailed them again and then they emailed me a invoice to be handed over. By that time, the courier person had left, so he came again on 9th Oct and I handed over the invoice and parcel and he went away. Now I was waiting for Digaaz team to email/ call me that they have received and give me a solution. Alternate bag or refund. Of course NO CALL FROM THEM.


On 11 Oct, I called them and they said yes they have received the bag and it is defective and I can take any alternate bag. I spoke to someone and he told me that I can choose any bag from site  and take. Of course I was to get a call from them to close it but THESE THIEVES NEVER CALL WHEN THEY HAVE SEND A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. INFACT I DOUBT THEY WILL GIVE A ALTERNATE PRODUCT AND EAT MY MONEY TOO.


NEVER BUY FROM DIGAAZ. IT IS A PATHETIC SITE. I HAVE MADE ALMOST 25CALLS TO THEM AND WASTED MY PHONE BILLS TOO.


THEY SHOULD GIVE A COMPENSATION ALONG WITH A CHOICE OF PRODUCT AND HERE THEY HAVE VANISHED.
