Digaaz sells replicas/fake products of high end brands. Please do not get fooled and buy from the website. Before making a purchase we had taken clarification from them on how they are able to give massive discounts.
They claimed that they sell old models( more than 2 years old), which are not currently in production. This is the facade they maintain to fool customers. After receiving the assurance on product quality from their customer service team, my wife had ordered and purchased LV products from their website worth nearly Rs 40, 000.
On receiving the product we found that they are replicas/fakes. We have been following it with Digaaz management for refund. We would be initiating legal action next week( would keep everyone posted) . Learnt through our contacts in media that we can publish an adverse article in leading newspapers about their website once the FIR is filed.
I guess Digaaz legal team will publish their stock reply to this review- threatening us with legal action and asking us to inform them our order numbers. Please do not waste time with that Digaaz. Our order numbers are 100014835-2, 100014854 and 100014838.
We have contacted your company numerous time over the past few days requesting for a refund. We firmly request you take back your fake products and return us the money that has been paid. You may very well report this comment to cyber crime department. Anyway we are going to do that ourselves.
