Pls note:
1.They are pure bunch of thugs. They con us by selling fake items with no guarantee. They do not provide any cashback on returns. Instead offer only credit to shop further. This means if we have spent 5000-1000 in their shop, we will not get it back and instead we will be forced to buy another fake item.
2.They mention subject to New Jersey jurisdiction in their terms & conditions. Why is it so? This proves they can do any crime here and f we need to fight legally in NJ. They know nobody will do this. They say NJ is because they procure their products from USA. If so, why do they provide free shipping in India and paid shipping of$25 in USA?
3.They will provide cashback only if we get it written on brand company’s letter head. No brand will be free to entertain us in such fashion. There are plenty of Chinese fakes in market. They will not be free to write it down for all of us. Instead I say Digaaz should provide certificate of authenticity from the respective companies instead of asking us(they promise so but dont do so).
4.They do not come clean like Jabong or Myntra who provide cashback guarantee upto 30 days. Instead they provide credit and that too we need to complain back in 24 hours as per their T&C.
I seriously believe they should be booked under forgery and stop this nonsense.
