I had earlier commented on how Digaaz sold us replica of LV products by claiming those are original. After realizing that we have been duped of nearly Rs 40, 000, we had been in regular interaction with Digaaz team to get our money refunded. For the past one and a half weeks we were getting assurances from them that our money would be refunded and they requested us not to proceed legally.
Initially they said that our money would be refunded within an hour’s time if we could delete or alter the unfavorable reviews we have posted on mouthshut.com. When they realized we will not do that they backed off. They came back with a commitment to repay our amount with a request that we should not further post negative comments on them. That was two days ago. Today they started their old ploy- they asked us to delete the comments or else they would complain to cyber crime department. That was the last straw for us.
We are proceeding with legal action against them. We feel we should have done that at least a week before instead of trusting their customer support/legal/accounts team. We are posting this only to warn potential customers from making any purchases from Digaaz, thinking that their money might be refunded if they do not like the products/or realize those are replicas/fakes. The number of negative reviews and unsatisfied customers are increasing as could be seen from reviews on various websites/forums. The company might go down soon. So please beware!
