GUCCI Sunglasses Experience from Digaaz

I am not happy with my Order# 100011161 placed with Digaaz.com. I had ordered a GUCCI Sunglasses post seeing one at the showroom of the said brand at Emporio Vasant Kunj. As this was suppose to be a gift for my partner, I was very exited and had high hopes from the product.


I even called up and have spoken to one of Digaaz.com executive Ishika and told her that I am very particular about the authenticity of the product. She had confirmed me not to worry as the product will be genuine however what I have got is a very poor quality product.


Trying to coordinate with the Digaaz team for a resolution. Lets see if they at least care for their reputation.


Update 1: 3-October-2013 post call from Digaaz representative


Received a call from a Sr. representative from Digaaz.com. He has assured me that my product will be replaced and they will be updating me on the availability by tomorrow evening.


Good to see someone taking pain. Will update the review rating once the genuine product is received


Update 2: 17-November-2013: Got my refund from Digaaz.
