The customer service of Digaaz proved to be good as they refunded my money due to wrong product. They asked for my account details and refunded the money. This act was done even before asking the wrong item back. I expect that they do not make this mistake again with anyone as it creates a lot of frustration at customer end and is not good for their future in retaining customers.
