Bad customer service & useless call center

Not happy with the customer service. We tried to open a savings account with them. We were told some person will come for biometric. But this has been almost 2 weeks n9w and no one has come yet. The call center is also useless.We tried to know the status of this numerous times and each time they will waste 5 mins for verification without providing any useful information. After seeing this lax attitude even with the new customer we did not feel very confident opening an account with them.
