Very bad consumer services by dbs bank

The bank is very unstable. The technical team can not slove the add card option.they also block the physical debit card even it don’t show the new card apply option. The customer cares are not solving the issue.there are many problems in use of every features. After updating the new version I can’t transfer money to any account . Frequently the app getting closed automatically and stopped working. This is really irritating. For this I requested to close my account but even one week is over, my account still not close.The banking app should more improvements.and should add the new card apply option.
