Hi All, today I want to share my review about this cable services. Earlier I have used this services but due to below issue I have switched to jio. Please refer below points for details .
1 internet speed : The speed of this services is too slow although according to company claim they provide 40 Mbps speed but actually I was getting speed of 7-10 Mbps speed. Generally people select digicable due to its cheap plans but it won’t work out. Due to its low speed I was even not able to good page multiple time.after 20 GB I was getting speed of 280kbps speed.
connection reliability : I did not find this internet as reliable as there are many connection related issues. Some times it’s difficult to fix the connection . Whenever u want to use my internet I need to fix my connection for this I need to try many thing, there were many hit and try things . Normally I need to re connect my connection many times. This internet service provider is not at All reliable.
Services and support : I have multiple instances where my internet services was not working so I called customet support . Customer support were not up to the mark. Although I called many times but I never got any proper solution. Even when I gave cancellation request to disconnect my services They disconnect my services after 2 months.
